Zombie Mongoose Survival Horror Park dropped me a line on Facebook and, from looking at their info, I’m in. They’re attempting to get funding for marketing their zombie-themed amusement park in Syracuse, NY that will incorporate a more survival-horror vibe than your average amusement park. The park will equip guests with paintball and/or airsoft weapons (not sure if they just haven’t nailed down which they’re going to use or if you’ll have the option of using either… my guess is the prior) and send them on a mission of survival in an open-world park where you must survive the zombie hordes.
The project on Indiegogo aims to fund a marketing campaign to increase awareness of the project so that they can then begin reaching out for funding for actually opening the park. They’re offering rewards up to donations of $25, at which point you will receive a Zombie Mongoose sticker, a car decal, and a t-shirt.
It’s a killer idea and I hope they can get it off the ground. If they do, I can’t wait to go to New York and pay them a visit! Donate to the project and help these guys realize their dream!
